Dr. John Thomas Heinrich, MD

I had a hip impingement that was never really diagnosed by most doctors. When I finally when to Dr. Heinrich they diagnosed me and showed me the details on each x-ray. After I received surgery I recovered very fast. Weeks ahead of most people. And now 11 months later I haven't had a problem since and I have been able to go back into working out.

I had severe pain in both hips that would restrict movement during the day and wake me up during the night. I heard about Dr. Heinrich and the arthroscopic surgery he performs. He did surgery on both hips and it's been life changing. I'm able to walk without restrictions and sleep through the night. I'm very pleased with the outcomes of both surgeries and highly recommend Dr. Heinrich.

Doc Heinrich did the repair on my rotator cuff back in Nov. The last couple weeks I've been having serious pain so I called the office on Kilbourn to schedule an appointment. Iesha, the front desk clerk REFUSED to schedule my appointment because she said I had a past due balance. I was so taken back that I was refused medical treatment that I'm now having to look for a new Orthopedic to see even though Heinrich did the surgery that I'm now having a problem with. Avoid that location!!

I had hip impingement surgery with Dr. Heinrich 2016. I was having a lot of pain and popping in my hip. So Heinrich said I needed surgery. He did a mri and said I also have a Labra Tear and he need to fixed that. I went into surgery and came out my labra wasn’t repaired at all. He told my husband that if he would of fixed my labra I would have a longer recovery. Needless to say 4 months later I was back in his office couldn’t walk to the Corner without being in pain or my hip popping. I went to see another doctor at froedtert and he’s going to help me out. I been in pain since after my surgery and now I have to have another mri and surgery all over agin.

I went to Dr Heinrich for hip and back pain after unsuccessful pt. He did xray referred me for more pt ..said I have calcium deposits...which I do not have. What I really needed was immediate surgery for level 3 disc displacements...which pt can make worse. TOTAL FAIL ON HIS PART!

I was finally referred to Dr. Heinrich after 5 years of misdiagnosis and severe pain. He did a physical exam and decided we should get an MRI. The MRI clearly showed a torn labrum, FAI, and bursitis. My surgery went smoothly and follow up instructions were clear and easy to follow. I did my PT as I was instructed and I am now almost two years out from my first surgery. This year I had the same surgery on my other hip. My pain is gone and I am finally active again. Dr. Heinrich is amazing.

Dr.John T. Heinrick is a horrible Dr! He did 2 surgeries on my hip that were never needed finding out later. During the surgeries he never gave enough blood flow to my hip which then had discrosis to the bone. When he did surgery on me I was only 30 years old, and HE DISTROYED MY HIP! It was so bad that I need a complete hip replacement and when replaced there was only 20% of the bone alive just over a year after. Then how he told me that I need a new hip. He said " you need a hip replacement I'll see you in 15 years". He is saying this to a person that has to be many medications and live a life in bed to reduce the pain because of his hack job. When I found out what he did it was to late to sue him for malpractice. Also because my case was a workman's comp case Dr. Heinrick had the dasity to charge me $800 to check the box if he felt my injury was work related. My lawyer said it was not the first case that he had seen were past patients were sueing Dr Heinrick for for malpractice.

After suffering for 8 yrs with hip pain & being misdiagnosed by 2 other orthopedic doctors, I was referred to Dr. Heinrich; after looking @ my xray for about 5 seconds, he had a diagnosis. Surgery was scheduled & the rest is history...can't say enough positives about him & his staff (Adam in particular has a great sense of humor). I recently injured my knee, again, a great experience working with Dr Heinrich & his staff. I refer all of my friends who are in need of an orthopedic Dr to him & they have also had pleasant experiences, considering the circumstances.

I had a very good experience with Dr Heinrich....I traveled from out of town to see him. I was having bad hip problems....I saw Dr Heinrich and he examined me and prescribed an MRI....He then recommended surgery for FAI/cam impingement. I had the surgery and my hip feels great. My expectations were exceeded. I've even started to do some trail running. His staff was good...I have no complaints..only positive things to say about the whole experience. I highly recommend Dr Heinrich...he is a great Dr.
