He does not explain anything to the patient. His famous statement is "We take good care of you". Then he will make sure that the procedure is done in such a way that you never recover and will be his slave for life. Another words he has no interest to help you with your problem because if he does he is not making any money. He wants you to keep coming back for more procedures. He likes to put on his reports "staged procedure" Besides he schedules his patients in 5 minutes intervals and most of the time you will see his PA not him. What a waste of your health going back to this doctor. Never ever again.

Even worse he will document in the operating report that he performed the procedure while in reality he only injures patients so that he can recommend another procedure or send you to another urologist from the same practice.

The doctor himself is fine. The office staff is what we've unfortunately all accepted as the new norm. The 'head' of their finance dept is an insecure lunatic that literally shook me down for a small payment while I was there for a follow up appt. Although it is illegal, I was threatened with not being able to see the doc. This is actually criminal and should be investigated.

His office personal SUCKS. All they do is sit there and IGNORE the phones.. Try calling the office for anything.. 95 % chance NOBODY answers. And do you think you get a callback??? NO.. The WORST I have ever expierenced. How they have patients is beyond me

Dr. Sanzone came highly recommended to us by my internist and did not disappoint. He is very knowledgeable,compassionate and takes an appropriate amount of time to listen to all of your concerns. He's also great with kids as well as adults. We've seen him in both capacities.

My family doctor sent me to him as my PSA was rising. Dr. Sanzone told me "nothing to worry about, we'll watch it" but he wrote my doctor "mild BHP, I will see him in six months."Cssual, bordering on cavalier,attitude put me and my wife off.My My doctor believed Dr. Sanzone was following up and dropped PSA tests. I did not check as only out of range tests were noted.Two years later: My PSA is 9.2 and I have grade 9, stage III prostate cancer.
