Dr. John A Saurino, DO

I was referred to Dr. Saurino for issues with my retina wall. It was not a tear nor a detachment. It required surgery. He performed the surgery in a most professional manner. My care before and after was excellent. He’s a wonderful surgeon and a quality person.

Every minute was organized. The staff were friendly and courteous. The building was beautifully decorated for Christmas and immaculate. We appreciated the use of everyone’s time and most of all, the gathering in a circle and having prayer at the end of our office visit.

Great doc, but appt times mean nothing.

Great Doctor but his office staff should notify people if he is running so far behind! WE had an appointment at 12:20 didn't see the doctor until about 3:00 He said he'd had 4 emergency patients that morning. WHY doesn't his office staff call and tell you he is running 2 hours behind? There were 3 girls at the reception area that were not busy at all, surely they could have made some calls instead of sitting there!!! The waiting room had approximately 25 to 30 people sitting there!!!

Seen him about 10 times in last 18 months. Usually seen about an hour after your appt time. I schedule early am and still wait way too long. Ortho surgeons are more prompt.

Dr. Saurino and staff make having to go to the Doctor, a pleasant experience!

New employees are just horrible im switching doctors
