I came in with a referral from my GP for an ear infection. I filled out pre visit online required docs. Was asked to come 30 min prior to appt (no reason given). My appt was 2:40 I arrived 2:00. I was given almost 25 pages of docs to fill out. Majority were several types of layered liability waivers. NOT ONE PERSON or Documentation for COVID-19. At 3:00 I still was not called. I noticed waiting room filling up. Other people I heard had 2:40 appt also. People stacked in waiting room. No separation no requirement to wear a mask. My biggest issue was with not being called for my appt. when asked they told me that the staff was still processing my paperwork and I had missed a couple of pages of initials and signatures. And I could not be seen unless that had the signatures. While I was waiting I went online and read reviews and saw The issues. What a terribly run cattle herding operation that has no regard for the patient and their pain only to make sure you won’t sue them. Sad. I left at… 3:15

I made a appointment with their office to see an ENT specialist for a complaint I have had with LPR. My Gastroenterologist MD had failed to help me with this issue.I was hoping to see an ENT specialist as advertised to help me with my LPR issues but instead i was set up to see a physician assistant! I have no complaint against the PA-- only that i was not making appointment and paying for that level of care!! As a consequence, I definitely received no satisfactory treatment from DR Won's office and cancelled any further appointments.

Our experience with Dr. Won was amazing! He showed a high degree of professionalism, genuine concern for my daughter's needs, and most of all he was very friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone with an ENT problem.
