One of the best orthopaedic doctors I have visited. replaced my two knees and II had no problems since then (about 5 or 6 years ago)

There aren't word to express how grateful I’m of Dr. Archer. He's performed successful surgery on my right hand today and he is such wonderful doctor ... I’m very happy ... Thank you Dr. Archer!!!

Awful bed side manner

I would not recommend this doctor! I had pain in my right shoulder and arm.He sent me to PT for one month and when that didn't work said I needed surgery on my rotator cuff. When I went to another doctor for a second opinion I was told that because the pain in my arm was burning it was nerve pain which came from my neck, not my shoulder. I went to a neurosurgeon who said I had a herniated disc which was causing the pain in my arm. He did the surgery which got rid of the pain in my arm. A friend who also had a rotator cuff problem told me his doctor sent him to PT for three months and that got off his problem. I did the exercises I had learned in Pt every day for three months and my rotator cuff problem went away and never came back. Dr Archer didn't have me do PT long enough ( 1 month instead of 3) and then wanted to do surgery that not only wasn't needed but would have still left me suffering from the herniated disc. Stay away!

Doctor Archer performed surgery on my shoulder. He did an excellent job. I have full movement of my arm. My therapist said he did a great job. Not too tied not too lose. Thanks again Doctor Archer

He examined me when Dr. Owens wasn't in. Horrible table side manner and quite arrogant.

Dr. Archer did surgery on my trigger finger and carpel tunnel syndrome- He was wonderful in every way! I wouldn't 'go to anyone else. He's caring and explains everything in detail. I am very nervous by nature, and he just puts all my anxieties to rest. He;s sweet and knowledgeable and well-respected. I have sent friends to him and they also were very, very pleased with him. I've been seeing him for years. Everyone told me that after hand surgery I wouldn't have the same feeling or movement. Boy were they wrong-! My hand is perfect ! Thank you Dr. Archer for caring so much about your patients. You are greatly appreciated and highly-respected. ave

We have seen Dr Archer and his colleagues several times over the years. Sometimes appointments were quite hard to get, other times easy. All was in general fine, however, I do take issue with a newer policy to charge the patient upfront $350 if they have a deductible unmet. I feel this charge is high, does not allign with actual bill fees and is a violation of in-network practices. We have always paid our bills promptly, so it is also unwarranted. I will using someone else next time we need orthopedic care.

After examined tennis elbow inflammation, I was told to have some anti-inflammatory pills such as ibuprofen, some time passed and it got worse came to see him and recommended me PT, after PT ended came for another visit because i was still having pain and restricted range of mobility with my arm, for my question " why it's not healing and what should i do, maybe it's a tear ?" he replied " well in some cases the tennis elbow is severe and takes time up to 2 years to heal" , so i asked him " maybe i should go and do MRI? ", his reply was " I don't see a point for MRI, you have classical tennis elbow, if you had a tear you wouldn't be able to move your arm". I insisted on MRI, and result was elbow tendon tear!!! So when he called me with the results, his reply was " You have a tendonitis and also a elbow tendon tear , So If you want i can make you a cortisone shot, since PT isn't helping you".... The big picture is that I'm paying him money because he suppose to be a … professional, and instead of giving me solution i need to insist on MRI and be my own doctor! Very Very Disappointing! Very Not recommended doctor!

This office is horrible, The staff is horrible and I will never return there for anything. The office manager at the closter office is so unprofessional and never once apologized for a bookkeeping mistake made by the office. The billing office, The doctor and the whole overall experience was a disaster.
