I first met the doctor when I had to get a blood transfusion due to my PCOS. Went and saw him. He got me back on a regular cycle with a birth control. Also, when I went back to him after I had another visit to the hospital after loosing more blood, he asked me what I wanted to do! I said, how about a DNC and he agreed. He’s the first doctor to actually listen to me and hear me out. I’ve this for 15 years and have been going to multiple doctors. He also had great bedside manner telling me about what he did while I was coming out of Anastasia and also when I went home.

Dr. Croland is quick and uncaring. Refused to listen to my concerns, refused to even attempt to find the babys heartbeat at almost 12 weeks. He walked in asked if i had any questions, brushed off my concerns, told me to stay off google, and walked out.

Dr. Croland is nice as a person, but I found him to have very poor bedside manner and disregarded all of my concerns and acted like they were nothing. Due to this, I experienced problems before I gave birth (which landed me in the hospital for over a month), and complications after birth (which almost cost me my uterus). He never seemed to care, brushed off every issue, and remain nonchalant all the time.

His bedside manner is horrible. He can never remember anything about you during your visits which shows he doesnt even bother looking at your chart. I suffered 2 miscarriages before he informed me that I had a septate uterus. He refused to do surgery to remove the septum and wouldnt refer me to a different dr until I had suffered a 3 loss. When I was pregnant with my daughter, he disregarded any concerns I had, including an incompetent cervix. As a result of his negligance, I suffered PROM and ended up loosing my daughter at 20 weeks gestation. Horrible dr!

this was my first obgn.. from what i heard i will switch.. no doctor , its house of midwifes... dr seemed below avg...

My husband and I came to this office for our third pregnancy while in search of a new OB. Unfortunately, I miscarried at 12 weeks. Dr. Croland, his nurses, and his staff extended outstanding care during one of the most difficult times of our lives. They rushed me in for a same-day appointment when I expressed fears of miscarrying at home naturally. The nurses and Dr. Croland listened to my concerns and honored my wishes to proceed with a D& C as soon as possible. Dr. Croland even extended his work schedule to accommodate our requests. We were most touched by the kindness of everyone from the receptionist to the nurses we passed in the hallway. We felt that everyone had been informed of our situation and were very sensitive in the questions they asked and offered sympathy not only in words, but also through compassion that you could read in their eyes. They went out of their way to make sure we had almost no wait time in the office, tests were done quickly, and unnecessary… details that would detain us avoided. The staff was not only responsive with our initial appointment, but when we had concerns the day after the D&C with some of my symptoms, they hurried me in for the first appointment of the day. And although Dr. Croland arrived at the office about 15 minutes after our appointment time due to post-op care, he walked into the room without a paper in hand and still knew every detail of our case. He is highly intelligent and very confident in his ability, but does not come off as arrogant at all. We have very high respect for this office and extreme gratitude for their outstanding service and in an age where that is rare. You are not just another number in this office...you are a person that they are seeking to care for and help have the best experience possible.

If Dr Croland Is your Doctor...Believe me you are in Good hands.
