We felt deeply heard and respected. Knowing there is a lot going on in the office, it is amazing to feel that you are the only ones in the world when the exam room door closes and Dr Wind or PA Lauren is consulting with you.

Well, this doctor and his team literally saved my brother's life and gave him a good chance to recover. I can't give any higher praise than that. Positive, life changing, hope giving experience. Lauren and Karen on his team are simply wonderful as well.
