Dr. Julie Ann Winter, MD

Dr. Julie Winter is an internal medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at Emory Healthcare and has been practicing medicine for four decades. Dr. Winter is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish to better serve her diverse patient community.

Dr. Winter practices at multiple locations throughout Oakland, California, including Kaiser Foundation Hospital, Wilma Chan Highland Hospital Campus, and Alta Bates Summit Medical Center Summit Campus. She is affiliated with Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center, where she provides comprehensive internal medicine care. Her extensive experience allows her to address a wide range of adult health concerns and coordinate ongoing medical care for her patients.
