Dr. Kambiz Negahban, MD

I had LASER cataract surgery by Dr Negahban 2 months ago. I was minus 10 in my glasses before the surgery. Now, I'm walking around without glasses. I chose the laser based on his recommendations and am thrilled about my vision now.

I called Dr. Negahban's office for an appointment on the recommendation of a friend. I had expressed frustration with the ophthalmologist that I had been sent to. I felt like one of a large group of cattle shifted through the many locales in the office. The appointments were time consuming and it was just the way they operated. On the friend's recommendation, I made an appointment with Dr. Negahban. It was a delightful surprise. My appointment was for me, no one else. Each person I saw in the office was pleasant and business like, but gave me the impression that they really cared about me. I wasn't one of a herd, I was an individual who mattered to each person in the office. The doctor was interested in me and gave me his full attention. I recently had cataract surgery, again a group of caring professionals who really cared about my comfort. It is truly wonderful to have medical professionals who are well trained and knowledgeable, but who put the patient's care and comfort… above all else.

Had my LASIK done 2 months ago by him and I'm very satisfied. I am a surgeon myself and had very tough questions for him. He took his time to explain them. He doesn't have the assembly line type of LASIK practice, and instead takes great pride in taking care of each patient individually.

I went to see Dr Negahban in North Easton for a second opinion after a botched cataract surgery. The first doctor (nameless) who was older and should retire, had put in the wrong kind of lens in my eye which gave me lots of problems, and near blindness. Dr Negahban accurely diagnosed the problem, consulted his retina surgeon, and then removed the original faulty lens, and inserted a new one. I can see very well now, and I'm so grateful to him. He's efficient but occasionally there is a small wait in the office which is certainly acceptable.

I had my cataracts done by Dr Negahban 6 months ago. My previous eye doctor (I will not mention the name) had misdiagnosed me, and Dr Negahban had to deal with a very tough surgery. He was able to get me back to perfect vision without glasses! I'm 55 years old, and love to play golf.
