worst customer service ever. i am extremely sick with acute sinusitis and the case manager refused to help me with getting an antibiotic that works for me. The one they prescribed gave me adverse effects and I told them and asked for help and they never did anything, On my call back they told me they are going to screenshot my text messages so I can't get approved for treatment. I'm calling my insurance asap to place a claim. I didn't even see the dr when I went, and have yet to speak with him even though I've been seen there WARNING- BAD PEOPLE

Dr Amini was rude and arrogant, so full of himself because he's a "surgeon". Barely looked at my ears, nose & throat. Did not want to hear about my Sinusitis/ Allergies. Would not answer any of my questions just said refer to your allergist. If your not here for surgery, I can not help you!! Because I get paid to do surgery!! Sorry would not want you as my surgeon anyways!! Waste of my time!!!!!

I went around 2015 and was told I needed surgery was given some paperwork explaining the procedure ans was told to wait for them to schedule my app. 3 months later havent heard from them I called his office so many times and all I was told is to wait that he is a very busy doctor and they told me his entire work schedule how he is on call and only does surgery on certain days that their is a few of people in the waiting list. 1 year later nothing, 2 years later nothing , 3 years later nothing , on the 4th year his medical assistant tells me that I have to do everything from the beginning again finally I went with DR. Avitia she had me ready for surgery in less than 3 months.

Dr. Kamyar Amini is very disrespectful of peoples' time. Perhaps it's a broader industry-wide issue, but in today's age of communication when doctors are running behind a simple text message to the patient would go a long way. Aside from waiting in his waiting room for an hour (for an early morning appointment), his arrogance and insulting behavior stunned me. I am not a complainer (99% of my Yelp reviews are positive). But this guy finally pushed me over the edge with frustration over how the medical profession takes such liberties and feels they are entitled to waste our time. I get it that sometimes there are emergencies that need to be addressed. Sometimes. Not EVERY TIME. Then to think he should be paid $173 for spending (literally) less than 60 seconds with me, insult me for being over weight (trust me here) and not even send me the Rx for a home sleep kit is absolutely ridiculous. A complaint has been filed with Facey Medical, Aetna and the California Medical Board. … Trust me, look elsewhere if looking for an ENT.

Dr Amini, was very professional, polite, kind and compassionate. Very knowledgable in my condition. His staff and medical assistants were also very caring and helpful.

I have an upcoming surgery this Thursday. At my consult Dr amini was straight to the point and truthful. Very personable. His nurse cici is awesome! Love Facey and not nervous about my surgery. :-)

Found out that we were dealing with tonsil cancer, not ear pain like others.

I recently had parathyroid surgery to remove an overactive parathyroid gland. During my consultation, Dr. Amini spent 45 minutes explaining what needed to be done and answering all my questions. He took his time and was pretty patient with me. I'm sure it showed that I was very hesitant about having surgery. Especially through my neck. But my surgery went great. My husband kept saying a week later how good my incision looked -- he was amazed. I did not know how good of a surgeon Dr. Amini would be, and I was dragging my feet on the inside all the way. But my experience and result was very good. After surgery, one of the nurses said he had a very good reputation for his work at that particular hospital. Now if only I could have known that ahead of time : ) . But now YOU know.

After being "bounced around" in the shameful and ever-shrinking, Medicare system that overloads doctors and pays them small fees that result in overcrowded waiting rooms, Dr. Armini seems as though a physician from the past, taking his time and genuinely caring about the patient and not worrying about time and money: in this case my 84 year-old mother-in-law with a tumor. If they were all like this young, very sharp doctor, we'd have a good health care system again.
