I feel like this office has gone down hill. With our first kid 4 years ago this office was amazing. Mid way with having our second we are seeing how terrible this practice is. All complaints go on deaf ears and staff is terrible. Stay away from this practice. They have turned it into a baby factory with all compassion and love for the process removed. They just give you stress and pain during a time when you shouldn't be subjected to such abuse.

It took me over a month to get an appointment to get a medical problem addressed. I think I had to wait about 45-50 minutes to be seen regarding my situation. When I finally got to see the doctor on duty, (even though my medical situation had previously been discussed with my primary care doctor), the doctor came across as not accepting of the diagnosis and medical need that I had discussed with my primary care doctor. In addition, when I saw the doctor, she required me to undergo another well woman exam even though I had just completed a well woman exam within the previous 4-6 weeks and had received the results of my mammogram. Further, when this doctor insisted on doing a pelvic exam....Please note that I had reminded Dr. Wolf that I had already completed my annual Pap smear...She did not take into account the sensitivity of my pelvis area and I felt a significant level of pain during her exam. Finally, when I attempted to pay co-pay for my office visit as required by my… type of medical insurance, the front office staff refused to take my co-pay. When I attempted to make a payment over the phone today, I was directed by a recording to leave credit card information and some other cyber sensitive information on a recording for later usage. Due to some recent publicity about credit cards being hacked, I did not feel comfortable leaving my credit card information on a voice recording. If given an opportunity by my medical insurance and my primary care physician, I will choose another doctor for my next female well woman exam.

The most caring doctor I have ever been too and she knows her stuff very up to date on medical issues. Always calls herself when you have labs or tests come back good or bad ! Love her

Dr. Wolf is wonderful. I received some very scary news during my first ultrasound with my second pregnancy and it was after 5:00 the day before Thanksgiving. I figured I wouldn't get any additional information until the following week. On Thanksgiving day, Dr. Wolf called me. She had gotten the report and knew that I would be worried. She called to reassure me that the problem usually resolved itself. The fact that she took time away from celebrating with her family to call me meant a lot and really shows how caring she is.

Dr. Wolf is one of the great ones! She has the best bedside manners a patient could ask for, and bedside manners are hard to come by these days. She spends as much time as you need with you and is always willing to listen to you and your needs. She's excellent. I cannot say enough good things about her.
