Dr Hanft is one of the finest ENT doctors I have ever seen. She really cares about her patients and is very courteous and professional.

This young lady is a special human being. Her utterly natural manner puts you at ease immediately and inspires confidence in her abilities. She listens and explains her actions. Her approach is conservative, practical, measured. Even if my stubborn complaints remain unresolved after this initial assessment and recommendations, I am confident that a solution will ultimately be identified. The doctor received faxes and calls from my pharmacy no less than four times and they did not respond. As a result, my prescription is delay. They do not fax or call prescription nor do they answer pharmacy calls which result in inconvenience for patience.
