I left this appointment feeling frustrated and unheard. I scheduled this visit specifically to review my morning MRI results and discuss concerns about MS. Instead, the doctor arrived 15 minutes late from lunch and spent most of the appointment conducting an unnecessary physical exam and teaching a student. When I tried to ask my questions, she literally told me to "put a pin in it," but never returned to the topic. When I directly asked to address MS, she claimed we were out of time and rushed out of the room. On top of that, she rapidly presented nearly 20 different medications without clear explanation. As someone living with multiple severe chronic illnesses, I felt overwhelmed by her fast-paced talking, lack of bedside manner, and complete disregard for the primary reason for my visit. I regret taking the time for this appointment
