don't waste your time. not accepting new patients... not accepting United Health Care insurance..

Staff is very rude and unhelpful. I called in reference to one of doctor's patient. First call someone answered then hung up. Second call was not answered and went to voicemail. Third call a Jimmy answered kept me on hold for over 8 minutes then hung up. I was calling about important information for one of doctor's geriatric patients. If this is any indication of how the office works then I won't step a foot in it as a patient, ever!

I've been seeing Dr. Laura for several years and am very happy with the care I've received. She's relaxed, funny and knowledgeable and has diagnosed several issues that have now been resolved, thanks to her care. I highly recommend her and the people who run her office.

Dr. Laura Khandagle is easy to talk with, clearly smart & informed, hhas great sense of humor and is holistically focused in that she discusses all aspects of health including nutrition - and how other family members' health affect me!

I first took my mother-in-law to see Dr Laura 2 years ago. She has a wonderful bedside manor with the older population. My mother-in-law just love's Dr Laura. She is kind and compasionate. I will continue to take my mother-in-law for her yearly check-up to Dr Laura.

What I love most about Laura's approach to me as a patient is her casual demeanor in spite of her world-class knowledge and skill as a practitioner. I trust her thoroughly to figure it out or point me to a great specialist. She is the perfect family doctor.

Dr. Laura orders lab tests for you before the prescription she orders has a chance to work. Now I'm stuck with a $500 dollar bill for lab work when the medication she ordered cleared up my symptoms just fine. I wish she would have told me the lab test was going to be expensive before insurance coverage sees it. I need to get other exams done, but now I can afford them. I'm not going to recommend her to anyone.

The wait for appointments in 6+ months which is not realistic, and I got attitude from the receptionist when the day for my appointment had finally came but we had snow that night so mcps were closed and I had no babysitter. Reshcheduled for another 4 months later, the day of my appointment I had received no appointment confirmation and had to call on my own to confirm. When I arrived 10 minutes late because I got lost, I was very apologetic at first and then annoyed with the disrespect that I received when told that the doctor couldn't see me because "she is trying to get out of the office early today". Will never go back, everyone there including her if is full of themselves!!!

Dr. Laura never falters in her devotion to her patients. She is caring and a very good listener. She has a bedside manner that is calming. She also is not stuck on herself. She enjoys what she does, and it shows in the way she treats her patients.
