I was referred to Dr. Moores for Tethered spinal cord. Dr. Moores explained the surgery and what he hoped the surgery would accomplish in terms that I could understand. Dr. Moores was always easy to talk to, even during difficult times. I had several surgical set backs due to circumstances out of Dr. Moores control. Dr. Moores continued to repair my spine when other surgeons would have given up, and referred me to another surgeon. I’m now on the road to recovery. Dr. Moores has a very caring staff as well. They follow up with you while you are at home, and always treat you as if they genuinely care about you. I would highly recommend Dr. Moores if you are an adult living with Spina Bifida and Tethered spinal cord. The care is second to none.

Excellent doctor who showed genuine care and concern for my son after he fell and sustained a traumatic brain injury. He was the only doctor at INOVA Fairfax Children's Hospital ICU, that offered my family any hope in our darkest hour. I will be forever grateful for his words of encouragement.
