Dr. Leslie A Huszar, MD

I have myoclonic jerks. Many neurologists are not very familiar with them. Dr Huszar has been treating them for about 8 years. He has restored functionality to my life.

Disrespectful of patient's wait time, unprofessional staff, inaccurate medical records, when trying to correct records will discharge you as a patient. Makes statements and comment in office visit but not in medical records.

He's a good doctor but his office manager fails to do her job! Like run the office, not choose and pick patients that she doesn't like and cancel them. Fails to take criticism from the patient trying to help her.. IF she was an RN maybe she would understand the patients needs. She should stick to managing her office and training them how to do things....

Dr. Huszar is caring and concerned with my well being. He is a wholistic physician.

Dr. Huszar is a caring, kind, intelligent physician. I have a problem that is extremely hard to diagnose and he researched information extensively, sent me to other specialty physicians until a diagnosis was found . Without his persistence, care and concern for me, I might not be here now. His continuing care is as thorough as when he first saw me and I would highly recommend a consultation with him if you have a nurerology issue you have not been able to resolve.

This doctor charged me for visiting me two times in the hospital. He was not my own doctor and I did not ask to see him. I never met him before. On the first visit, he did not come near me in my hospital bed nor touch me. He stayed in the room by the door two minutes and said nothing except hello. I never saw him in my room again nor did my family members and other visitors or other doctors or nurses. Yet he charged my insurance for two visits. I would never, ever use this doctor as my physician or go to his private practice. I would never allow him in my hospital room again and because of him would now require all doctors I have not asked for or am unfamiliar with to sign in and out in a log book I would put out. I complained to the hospital and was told he comes and goes from the hospital and they wouldn't know if he stopped in a room.

He works alone, not in a huge group, so he knows each patient well. He spends quality time with his patients.

I would give Dr Huszar a 5 star rating.
