Dr. Leslie Chana Neems, MD

Dr. Neems did an excellent job on the tricky biopsy of my nonhodgkins lymphoma tumor next to my eyeball. She is very knowledgeable, skilled and has the bonus of being extremely personable as well, a rarity with doctors these days it seems. I am so fortunate to have found her and now I'm tumor free as of a few weeks of post-biopsy radiation.

Dr. Neems communicates well and inspires confidence. She performed eyelid surgery on me a couple of years ago, and the results have been excellent.

I went to see Dr. Neems about a growth near my eyelid. She wanted to make a point right away that she didn't feel my concerns warranted her "professional" review so she proceeded to tell me that only old patients come to see her and that I was young and my skin complexion was dark enough that I shouldn't be taken seriously. She also said she had trouble seeing the growth (again trying to make a point). Before our consult was done, she had to be sure to let me know by $20 copay was wasted on this visit. The only thing wasted was my time seeing her. Never again.

So great at her job. Great bedside manner.

Dr. Neems has been wonderful from the first time I met her to surgery just last week. She is kind, compassionate, professional and an excellent doctor. I am fortunate to have met her and to have had a successful procedure. She is an asset to Kaiser.
