I have been a patent of Dr kings for about 8 years. She is an excellent Doctor, always has time for you, never rushes. her staff is always friendly and willing to help you anyway they can. Love her nursing staff and receptionists.

This doctor is awful save your money. the staff is not rude but they have an I don't care attitude. you wait forever, I was getting a pap's and I waited for an hour before finally putting my clothes on and leaving. This doctor's office has very short hours like 9am-4pm Monday - Thursday and if you don't submit refill request by Wednesday then your screwed until they open the following Monday.

Dr. King spends time with you. Her staff needs to realize that and schedule appropriately. the staff is terrible and very rude. the wait is at least an hour sometimes almost two....its rediculous. as much as i like dr. king i may go elsewhere do to the long wait time and rude staff.

dr.king and velma bunch are really good physicians. however, the office management is a mess. i frequently wait 45 minutes to1 1/2 hours. this connotes to mea lack of professionalism and disrespect for patients and their time.

I have had several appointments with this doctor, and have been pleased with each one. The office staff is friendly and caring. They, along with the nurses, are knowledgeable and professional. Dr. King is thorough with the examinations, and makes you feel like you are chatting with a caring friend. The website--especially the portal access--is full of information, and it is a great way to communicate with the staff. I highly recommend this doctor!!

No one was friendly, I waited for 90 minutes to get lab results, and I I never got my referral information to see a specialist. I am changing doctors bc of the lack of preparation, scheduling, and caring.

The front office staff is unprofessional and incompetent. Turnover is high especially for good people. The nurses are the worst i've ever dealt with. They have no skills and no bedside manner. The PA is good, but rushed. Dr. King is nice and competent. Unfortunately you have to get past the staff and be dying to see her.
