Loved this doctor

Dr. Graham, is the BEST doctor I have ever encountered! My previous doctor was too concern about selling cosmetic product and my pharmacy (CVS) gave me the "wrong" prescription! How do I know? After several months, someone saw my refill and knew I had been given the "wrong" drugs! Did I do anything: no I did not! I wanted too, but I just did not have the money to pursue injustices perpetrated against me and various other low officials!!!

I see Dr Graham about every two years and I find him friendly, knowledgeable, and a top ENT. I don't understand those negative reviews: Sounds like a different doctor!

I decided to get a second opinion with Dr. Graham after having a negative experience with another ENT. He told me there was nothing wrong with my hearing, contrary to the hearing tests right in front of him that show I have hearing loss. He said there was nothing to do, no diagnosis, nothing, but I could come back in a year for another hearing evaluation. Dr. Graham told me to go back to the ENT that I was seeing because they know me. He did not even bother to go over the audiogram they took with me. He shuffled the papers away from my view and told me to go home. I chose Emory because a friend's late brother used to work there. I expected to get the best care. I believed the mission statement I read on the website. I feel so terrible about the experience that I don't even want to tell her what has happened to the Emory ENT Department since her brother passed away.

I was one of those kids who grew up with ear problems and never fully grew out of them, so I have a lot of experience at the ENT's office. I thought that he spent a lot less time with me than other ENTs. He even cut me while I was speaking mid sentence about my health. He also seems to have a retroactive form of treatment as opposed to proactive. By this I mean that most ENTs that I have gone to try to prevent further damage. Because of my unease at my appointment I choose to follow up with a different ENT in the area instead of him. They were shocked with the laissez faire treatment that I had received. I can't speak for other people, but this was my experience with this doctor.

I went to see Dr. Graham for chronic ear infections and hearing loss after my ENT suggested that I see an otolary doctor. I chose the Emory Clinic thinking I would receive the best care. I was in the exam room for about 6 minutes and all he told me was to go back to my ENT and let them treat me because they know me. I was shocked at how rude and concerned this "doctor" was towards me. He offered me no potential treatment options or anything. This man should not be seeing patients with that type of attitude.
