Terrible experiencia, despues de esperar 2 horas medijeron que no aceptan tarjeta para pagar que fuera al cajero a sacar cash, la manager fue ruda, me trataron muy mal porque les dije que no me informaron de llevar cash a la cita, la oficina no tiene buena presentacion, y los empleados no son nada amables. Me fui muy enojada y discutieron conmigo, NO VUELVO ALLI

Really really horrible in every way possible. Didn’t even lay a hand on me to check out my shoulder then gave me an order for a test he probably wasn’t even sure about. Then the order was declined by my insurance because he had not put my clinical history (that I’ve gone to PT, taken pills, iced and heated, tried KT tape, etc.) And they didn’t find sufficient reason for me to take the test. When i asked them to talk to the insurance, their answer was “no we don’t talk to insurances”. So i then asked them to amend my clinical notes to get the test done because that’s what THE INSURANCE told me to do. They answered to this with “ no we can’t do that either, but we made a referral for you to go see another doctor and maybe he can write more detailed clinical notes for you”. Doctors like this are why no one gets anything fixed. I now have to start all over which will prolong any treatment and probably worsen the injury. Please stay away from this place.

The doctor was great. However, the office equipment is outdated. Very old school and the office manager which I found out is the doctor's wife is extremely rude. No people skills. It's a shame because doctor seems very knowledgeable and has a great personality. I will be looking for another place where patients are treated better by staff and a more modern facility.

Salí de esta consulta muy inconforme, no he resuelto nada y gaste bastante dinero. Los comentarios que escuché durante la espera que por cierto fue bien larga, fueron negativos, en realidad después de escuchar varios comentarios sobre la consulta del dr debí haberme retirado

Perdí una mañana esperando , luego de no escuchar una opinión positiva de los pacientes que esperaban de pie desde temprano hasta las 9.00am q es q abren para poder sentarse, tuve la amarga experiencia de no resolver nada tampoco, allí sólo lo que buscan es sacarte dinero

Watch out for the stuck up office manager. She treats patients with a lot of disdain and disrespect. I would look for another doctor’s office where patients are treated like human beings, not like animals, which is how this woman treats patients. She had the nerve to tell me to back to “my county” in South America (I am not from South America, by the way) to get help from there. In other words she confused me with a South American implying that South America people are worthless which meaning that she is very prejudiced against South Americans. She actually looks like a very depressed and unhappy individual.

Es un magnífico Ortopedico con el no tienes que tener tantos Ortopedico especializado en una parte del cuerpo , él te atiende cualquier dolor que tengas en cualquier parte

Es un médico formidable te explica cada una de las cosas que tienes de una forma que lo puedas entender, es una bella persona y un médico que te escucha muy preocupado por sus pacientes, es mi ortopédico de muchos años , lo quiero mucho y se lo recomiendo como muy buen doctor.
