Amazing Doctor

When one seeks a physician in this specialty one expects that the office is tech savvy in correspondence, digital imaging or transferring records electronically. This is not the case, I went in for my first visit with radiologist report for an MRI. I was asked to take X-rays, I mentioned that I took them 4 months ago at a different doctors office can they request it electronically so the doctor can look at it as I'm not a fan of uncessary radiation. The girl told me the office doesn't participate in technology and they couldn't do it. She stated they only operate by fax. I sat their in aww... The doctor came in and I asked him if this was the case he stated he prefer the images on a disk instead of an email but he could have the girl contact the previous doc and request it over. So I told him I didn't appreciate being lied to if she didn't want to call them I would have on my cell. The doctor told me it be best that I find another doctor I'd be more comfortable with. So I was dismissed… as a patient. Never was my voice raised, I wasn't hostile, angry just upset that his staff would lie about something so simple. I will say the doc gave me a quick evaluation as to what he thought I neede and refunded my copayment. But this left me thinking was he just interested in the insurance payment for uncessary X-rays and was upset that I wouldn't participate or does he really value his staff more than a patient. Regardless.... It for the best, I wouldn't be comfortable in this office when we got off on a bad foot and in this year and age not participating in communication but fax.

Dr Linson is absolutely wonderful, he explained everything and listened to my concerns. He is conservative with his treatments and very thorough as to finding out what is wrong. The office staff is excellent, very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone with back or neck problems.

Dr. Marc Linson is the Doctor of Doctors! He's wonderful,caring and professional! He does what's utmost important for his patients. I just had an anterior fusion,. I would trust him with my life!!!! He's like the American Express Card!!!! Dont ever leave home without him!!!! He's truly an angel!

I had two operations on my back before Dr. Linson, and they where disasters! Then I went to him and like a year later it was like I had a brand new back. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Linson has taken a "train wreck" and turned me in to a some what functionak human being again.
