Under the care of Dr Ellis, I suffered a bottom out of a breast implant, and then subsequently in the revision to fix that I also suffered implant exposure. The stress of all this was only maximized by NMH and their billing department who despite getting pre authorizations covering all surgical procedures in their entirety, decided to change how they coded them after the actual operations, and then attempted to saddle me with bills ranging from 7 thousand dollars, to over 20 thousand dollars, which weeks and months to resolve and get them to bill correctly. While he and his staff are friendly and professional, I won’t be returning to him for further revisions.

not only does Dr. Ellis not LISTEN to his patients, he will NOT correct his mistakes. I'm STILL paying for going to him --- after multiple corrective surgeries. DO NOT GO TO HIM FOR COMPLEX SURGERIES!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Ellis did my breast reconstruction. He did a great job. He is compassionate and explained the procedure well. He doesn't make you feel rushed and answers all your questions. He is a skilled plastic surgeon and a perfectionist.

I was then escorted to a comfortable room where I met with Dr. Ellis. Upon meeting him, I immediately knew I was in great hands. With Dr. Ellis, I discovered a skillful, competent physician who took the time to explain all facets of my procedure. By the time I left his office, I knew exactly what to expect regarding my surgery. I am so happy with the results of Dr. Ellis's surgical expertise, and I thank him, Karin, Erin and the rest of his staff for checking on me even during my recovery at home. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Both my self and a friend had chin augmentations with Dr. Ellis. Mine was to correct a former procedure as the chin had shifted. Dr. Ellis's first surgery concluded with the chin being more off center than before the surgery. The second surgery had the same result. I was in seriously bad shape after the second surgery. My friend had his and weeks later had a serious infection that Dr. Ellis ignored for weeks and ultimately he had a hole cut in his neck to drain the infection and had the chin removed. Mine is six months post op and is infected. He misrepresented his experience with this procedure and had very poor follow up. Would not see him if surgery was free.

I am very glad I chose Dr Ellis as my plastic surgeon. I had breathing problems due to my deviated septum. The entire experience was very pleasant starting with friendly clinic staff and finishing with the surgery itself. Dr Ellis is very professional, knowledgeable, caring and honest. He really takes his time to explain in detail everything in regards to your particular condition. I felt very well taken care off and at ease when going into surgery. My breathing improved tremendously and the cosmetic part of the surgery exceeded my expectations. I am so happy I had Northwestern hospital and Dr Ellis take care of my condition. Thank you!:)
