I do not recommend Dr. Hatton. He has done eyelid surgery on me twice and needs to be done again! MGH Boston said they could recommend a Dr with more experience…. After last surgery I had to go urgent care due to infection as his office was no help.

I recommend Dr. Hatton for anyone in need of blepharoplasty/ptosis repair. It would be hard to imagine better care than what I received the day of surgery. The pre/post-op appointments were adequate, prompt. I've been overall pleased with results of the surgery. The only hitch I recall is that the pre-surgery packet information was not clear as to the address of the facility where the surgery would be performed. Thankfully, phoning Dr. Hatton's practice did not involve recordings and being put on hold, but interaction with real staff, who were helpful and understanding.

Dr. Hatton did corrective surgery on both eyelids. The procedure was clearly explained, efficient and positive. Only 10 days later, I can definitely say that my vision has improved, I feel fine and am delighted with all aspects for the surgery by Dr. Hatton.

Dr. Hatton provided informed and reassuring information about my procedure. Now two weeks after the operation, I can see the positive results and the effects of his knowledge, careful work, and artistry. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I had eyelid surgery with Dr. Hatton two weeks ago. The whole operating team was fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and put me at ease. Recovery is ongoing with only some swelling and bruising. Dr. Hatton's Surgical Coordinator, Christina is caring and competent, helping me with all my questions. She is great to work with setting things up. The staff at the Stoneham location is very caring, especially Jenny. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hatton if you need this type of surgery.

I had an accident in 2018 that caused ptosis in my left eyelid. I had surgery with another surgeon and within only a few months it was back to drooping again. I then saw Dr. Hatton who did an amazing job and then about 9 months later went back to have the right eye done so my eyes would again be symmetrical. I had the same care team the 2nd time around and they were all just as great as the 1st time. Healing was quick and everything went great and the results were perfect. My words to him at my follow up appointment, verbatim, were " I am beyond grateful." Highly recommend Dr. Hatton.

I highly recommend Dr. Hatton! I had him do upper eyelid repair for ptosis on both eyes. They both came out even and look fantastic. There was minor swelling and bruising after the surgery and it healed rather quickly. My co-workers all wanted to know who performed the surgery because of how great it looked afterwards!

My experience with Dr. Hatton was excellent. He was charming and very talented, resolving my problem.

Dr. Hatton gave a thorough exam and clearly explained the procedure and what to expect. It was exactly as he said. Healing went well and results are great. He is a caring doc with good technique.
