Dr. Mark Alan Lapp, MD

I went to Dr. Lapp with severe pain in the back of my neck. I was treated prior to scheduling surgery but to no avail, the shots did not help. I then scheduled surgery with this fantastic doctor. The surgery was successful, and he went beyond my expectations with results. He sincerely is the best at what he does. He is amazing, professional, talented and extremely attentive to your needs. I was never rushed at appointments; they all were longer than expected due to the intense discussions I was given for my diagnosis. All questions answered prior to surgery, and I trusted him 100%. The office staff is wonderful as well, they all are caring and know what they are doing, it was very refreshing to see. The NP June is outstanding! She is very attentive, caring and went above & beyond her normal responsibilities for me, weeks after surgery. June is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about this doctor and NP, they are a great team! I highly recommend.

I have had two separate tremendously successful spine surgeries for herniated discs in my neck performed by Dr. Lapp. He is impecably skilled, incredibly knowledgable, compassionate and empathetic. He truly cares about his work, and the patients' outcomes. I have been a critical care nurse for over 14 years, the last 9 of which have been in the recovery room, and I truly believe you would be hardpressed to find a better surgeon or team of people to provide spine surgery for you.

Did all the tests that needed to be done x-ray, MRI. But made me feel like I was part of this "30" of the population who has disk issues! And from his point of view "whelp I should be good to go" stop complaining and do some physical therapy! Okay doc... Little bed side manner goes a long way! Wasn't in there looking for pain meds, or a hug! But Jesus Christ, could you please be a little nicer with your approcach?

Dr. Lapp is the best, would never go to anyone else!! His staff also rate tops due to my experience!!ð???

Quick to provide assistance to relieve my horrific pain. Had necessary appts booked quickly, so I could receive tx as soon as possible (and before he left on his planned vacation) I recommend him every time ANYONE mentions severe back pain or the Need for back surgery!!

Upon check in I informed staff who I was there to see and what time. 40 minutes later and they told me that they did not know I was there. After I signed in! The doctor came in, never introduced himself or ask me about my symptoms. The PA did the entire exam, which she was wonderful but Dr. Lapp was stand off-ish and seemed like he was in a hurry. I am so disappointed in his bedside.

My time with Dr. Lapp was pleasand he was good at explaning the issue and bed side manor was great. The secutary was horrable, I called twice to follow up to get the cast off, the first time I called she took down my infomation and never called me back. So I called back almost a week later and had to leave a message on the voice mail now it is 2 days later no call back. Not too happy with his staff.
