Honestly, if I could give this doctor zero stars I would. He was very condescending and rude towards me and my daughter. He didn't want to even listen to me trying to tell him what her peditrician was requesting because of my history with nose bleeds, bleeding problems, and earing problems. Along with othe family history. The worst part is my daughter is autistic and has anxiety. So naturally she was nervous about him sticking an instrument up her nose. He had no patience and didn't even give me a chance to explain the process so she was comfortable with it. He started calling a a drama queen multiple times. I stated she isn't being a drama queen she has autism, anxiety, and a sensory processing disorder. He told me he knew and basically wrote off her symptoms with her hearing because of that. My daughter was also being silly at one point naturally like kids acanthus be and he called her a weirdo. She was super upset about it and now doesn't even want to go back to an ENT. She was… upset the rest of the night and kepting asking if she was weird. She already has problems with what others think of her.This was his first time seeing her so, how would he know if she was bullied and he could have made that worse. His bedside manner is terrible and he doesn't listen. Plus name calling a child is pathetic.

I was scheduled to see this guy after complaints of ear itching, redness, pain, and occasional drainage. He basically looked in my ear and said "I don't know." I asked him if it could be contact allergies to shampoo or soap and he said that your ears aren't affected by contact allergies. Huh?? Since when?? When I know more than a "specialist," I know I'm in trouble. I left with zero help. I was sent a $400+ bill though. I ended up seeking help elsewhere two weeks later. They did a culture and found I had aspergillus of the ear. I was treated with antifungal medication and all my symptoms cleared up. Thanks for nothing, Matt. You need to go back to school.
