Dr. Mercedes Luisa Delgado, MD

Dr. Delgado has been my Primary Care Physician since 1994. In 1994 I did not have a Primary Care doctor. The doctor I had since 1974 had retired. I had an accident while at home and cut my hand on a broken bottle. I live in the Vinings area where her office is. I drove there without an appt. and she saw me immediately. She stitched up my hand and the rest is history. I was concerned as to who would replace my longtime doctor who retired ... I found that replacement when I LUCKED INTO her taking care of me because of an accident I had in my home. She is very talented, understanding, caring and takes care of her patients with the utmost skill and ability. I am so happy that I found her 20 years ago!!

Been going to Dr. Delgado for over 15 years. She has an excellent bedisde manner and takes her time with her patients. I would highly recommend her.

This is an excellent doctor. She is a good listener, ask several questions and even when you don't think there is a problem she follows up and does the necessary exams. she diagnosed me with depression and got me out of the deep depression i was not aware of and she found a lump in my breast that was cancer when it was smaller than a pea. Thanks to her skills I had a mastectomy and no quimo or radiation for my cancer.
