Dr. Michael Friedman, MD

If you want a doctor that treats you like little more than a product on a fast moving assembly line, not much more than a thing to make money off of, and not worthy of more than a few minutes of attention during an appointment, then Dr. Friedman is your type of doctor. If you desire more than that, I recommended you look elsewhere. I made the unfortunate mistake of not doing so, and thus this review.

Saw him a few months ago and his diagnosis did not add up. Saw another ENT and he got to the bottom of my issues. Wish I had gone to the second doctor first.

e's become a terrible doctor who has been in practice way too long. He has a huge surplus of ego and just as huge a deficit of empathy. Somewhere along the line during his career he forgot, or maybe never learned, the importance of showing such empathy toward patients. He rushes appointments as a matter of routine, doesn't listen well to patients as a matter of routine, and as a result, he risks misdiagnosing patients precisely because he doesn't listen well and rushes appointments. If you want a doctor to treat you like you a unique human being, look elsewhere.

He has terrible communications skills. And he too often shifts direct patient interactions to his underlings who are NOT trained doctors!

He has a rushed assembly line approach to treating patients, which makes it more likely that he will miss important information from a patient.

Very patient unfriendly. Makes you feel like a thing on his assembly line.

Poor bedside manner. Always in a rush, Does not explain well or listen well.

Dr didn’t seem enthused to even help me breath better then suggested valve suspension. Did a horrible job and it failed. Got an infection and had the screws removed by another ENT. Go somewhere else to get your airway open.

His sinus surgery has ruined my ability to breathe. I was told it would help, but it made my problems TEN times worse. My nose is so dry and crusty, and I constantly feel congested. I barely sleep at all. He truly belongs in prison.
