My office visit was very thorough! Dr Goebel is very professional and concerning with your problem. He has done surgery on me twice.

Dr Goebel was the surgeon who did my discectomy. He did an amazing job. I went to him in so much pain and he quickly analyzed the issues and got me into surgery. Best thing I could have done. That was 5 years ago. I recently went to him for shoulder pain and he was very thorough once again. Highly recommend!

Dr. Goebel is a great doctor, knowledgeable, spends a good amount of time with patients, and truly listens to his patients. I am positive that Dr. Goebel will solve my health issue.

As a proactive patient, it is important to have a Doctor who is not only professional, but accessible. He listened with complete focus, taking in my information so he could plan an avenue of steps toward diagnosis. After x-rays, Dr. Goebel then explained what presented in my spinal x-rays in a manner of which both my husband and I could easily understand. The next step is an MRI for me. I feel confident that I am in the right office, with the right doctor. By the way, my wait to see Doctor was quite reasonable.

Dr. Goebel was aware of how vulnerable I felt with a cyst on my lumber spine which was pushing on a nerve. He knew I had sold my home and had to get out. He fit me in so that I could recover in time to move and drive away. He removed the cyst and did all he could to make it so it will not return. I felt confident in him and after two weeks of recovery...I could do a fast walk! (Nice guy and an excellent surgeon? Unheard of!) If I ever need anything in the future, I would come back so I could work with him again. Mary

He required new X-rays on my broken right foot which required me to go up two steps to access (I was not supposed to put weight on my broken foot), the machine was not working and required me to jump on and off a few times. They ended up using the X-rays done for me at urgent care so it was all a waste. How a person with more limited mobility is supposed to do that is a mystery. He was dismissive, cold, and not helpful. He told me I have a broken foot (I know) and I will have to wear a CAM boot (also knew this from urgent care) and suggested that I figure out how to drive with my left foot. Also, he kept directing answers to my questions at my husband making the whole situation uncomfortable. I am a healthcare worker with 15 years of experience , I know basic acknowledgment of patient safety and outcomes when development of a treatment plan is step number one, but it was obviously not on his radar. Request another doctor who will consider all factors when providing care
