Excellent doctor! Horrible office staff. Will not return

WAY TOO LONG A WAIT TO GET AN APPOINTMENT.

I was diagnosed with,, anxiety" by him and I am full with lymph nodes and pain my whole body,his student was more carrying and make more sense then him.Thank God I found another doctor.

Some staff very rude. Walk in 's of longtime patients turned away from an empty office..

I was not that impressed with his front desk staff, but he is so knowledgeable, friendly, sympathetic, he's worth the not so professional front desk staff. He referred me to another great specialist. I would recommend to anyone!

Dr McKenzie has a very unprofessional and un-kept staff. While in the exam room with my children, I heard one of his staff members cursing loudly in the office. They seem very distracted and unapproachable. I was suppose to schedule a follow-up appointment right after our visit and his staff was no where to be found. I called after leaving and they never called back. It took weeks for them to fill out the immunization chart for school and when they did, it was inaccurate and I had to update and correct it myself. With few exceptions, I was not impressed.

Dr. Mckenzie is one of the most thorough doctors I've ever come in contact with. He takes his time and is never in any hurry. He doesn't like to take chances and will refer you to the proper specialist immediately if it's something out of his specialty.
