After waiting 2 months for an appointment, the office cancelled the day before the scheduled visit. So, we rescheduled. Then the office called the day of that appointment to cancel it, and offered an appointment 5 weeks out. I point out that one makes an appointment with a specialist because one really needs it. The person calling was rude, the manager was more helpful, but could not give a timely appointment with this doctor. Typical WellStar...do not give a fig about patients. Incompetent practice.

Dr. Vick is one of the most talented physicians and surgeons. He is an excellent ENT and works with an exceptional staff. His bedside manner is beyond reproach. I recommend him frequently to family and friends without hesitation.

Finally, a doctor with great bedside manners. Seems like an honest, caring individual. He took his time and listened and asked for my thoughts about my plan of care.
