Very professional- never felt rushed- extremely through- sincerely caring- delicate in handling patient- excess able if you need her- Staff very professional- great follow up- cheerful and positive- highly recommend.

Dr. Markley is a wonderful doctor! She is patient and listens to your concerns. She is compassionate as well. My family has been extremely happy with the care we received from her.

She is such a wonderful surgeon. From the beginning she told me what to expect,and how to handle any hiccups that though unlikely may occur. The office staff is excellent as well. My insurance would only pay up until the 28th day for circumcision and the Dr. Markley made her self available on short notice on the very last day. I was dealing with a healing c-section and other issues but she was very accommodating to our needs. A godsend indeed. Befire and after procedures were throughly explained and office promptly returned my calls if any questions or concerns even after hours. This was so kind especially the fact im a anxious postpartum mommy. I cant thank her enough for her professionalism and kindness she showed highly reccomend her for any general surgery needs

My son saw Dr Michelle Marley for a pilonidal cyst. Our first review pre-surgery noted the staff and Dr. Markley were exemplary. Our opinion since has only increased. Post-surgery, due to scheduling we visited different offices and doctors. The staff everywhere is so amazingly professional and personable. (Nikki you are wonderful. Janet and Farah, you too). Everyone always exceeded our expectations. They listen, care, and even suggest solutions. Everyone is simply a cut above. And most especially Dr. Markley. Thank you so much for your exceptional professional skill. Beyond that we felt that you cared so much. That personal concern is as important as the medical care. Our only disappointment was underestimating the time needed to "sit out" of sports. Listen to the doctor. Today, that's all forgotten. Our son is playing competitively again without a thought of the cyst. If you need a Pediatric surgeon, you simply can't do better than Dr. Markley and staff.

I rarely write comments online, I guess a generational thing. However, Dr Markey and staff deserve my time to complement them. Dr Markey's is caring, informative and patient. And the service from the support administrative side is above and beyond all, even lofty expectations. So far, we met Dr Markey twice, preparing for pilonidal cyst surgery for my teenage son. The surgery, while considered minor, requires from 2 to 4 weeks of post-procedure lifestyle accommodation. That's not easy for a teenager. Dr Markey took all the time necessary to answer my son's questions, explaining the procedure in detail, what my son could expect during recovery, the possibilities after surgery, -- both good and bad, all in a caring informative manner that a teen can understand and appreciate. She knows how to connect with kids. One leaves with a sincere understanding of your situation and utmost confidence in Dr Markley. Between the two meetings and just afterwards, we had several contacts… with the administrative staff. We had to deal with insurance, which hospitals were/were not "in network" and scheduling to accommodate my son's summer requirements, next year's school schedule and his extra-circular athletic schedule. In each conversation I felt like my son was the most important patient they have. I was never rushed. The staff offered suggestions I didn't consider. I received call backs promptly as promised, once even to tell me they could not get the information timely as initially thought and that a response would be delayed. Simply put, in a manner not always thought of for medical offices, this was customer service of the highest quality. For good or bad, my family has had many contacts with medical offices over the past years. Happily, most all are good. But in that group of all good doctors, Dr Markley and her staff are simply on top, number one. We have not yet had the procedure and expect from what others have said, all will be similarly great. While we will update post-surgery, we simply could not wait to pass along our experiences to date and recommend Dr Markey and her office staff. If you are in need of medical services she can offer, you simply can't find better.

Dr. Markley performed surgery on my 3 year old that had inguinal hernia. From the first appointment I already felt confident that she was a great doctor. Very patient and calm. Answered all my questions and gave me the step by step of the surgery and the recovery. Everything went exactly as she had said it would. Her staff is also very professional and caring. Couldn't be happier. We highly recommend her.

Dr. Markley recently performed a small procedure on my daughter who had a hernia. The entire procedure went smooth. Dr. Markley is very professional throughout the entire process. She made us feel very comfortable answering our questions and concerns. Their office also always returned our calls fast.

Our experience with Dr. Markley and her team was wonderful. We approached her to assist with our son's tongue-tied surgery. She provided us with a thorough examination and confirmed the Speech Therapist's suspicion that he was in need of a frenulectomy. Her staff was knowledgeable and helped with our scheduling needs in a timely manner. We will consider Dr. Markley for any future pediatric surgical needs in the future.
