M. Saad Malik, MD

My interaction with Dr. Malik began in early November 2025. Over time, tests, X-rays, and consultations resulted in decisions that resulted in a two-stage revision of my left knee. Dr. Malik performed two surgeries relating to replacing 16-yr. old knee implant with a new one. My issues with an old unstable old knee implant were compounded by diagnoses of arthritis and gout in several several joints and a diagnosis of MS, made in late 2003. Dr. Malik performed my last of two surgeries on June 5, 2026. The next morning, the success of his efforts was obvious. My left knee was immediately stable and had a good range of motion with very little discomfort noticed. The second of these two recent surgeries was my 8th procedure performed collectively on my knees since 1994. I am very satisfied with Dr Malis performance, his judgment, and his care over these last several months. I would be happy to recommend Dr. Malik to anyone, including my family and friends!

Did a great job fixing my knee!

I had neck surgery with Dr. Malik. It was my fourth neck surgery. I was very nervous because even after all my other 3 surgeries I still had many issues and a lot of pain. Dr. Malik was unlike any other surgeon I have seen because he was very confident that he could help me. And he did. He gave me my life back that I thought was over. For the first time in years I do not have debilitating pain in my neck. I was getting so bad prior to surgery simple things like riding in a car hurt me. Now I feel good enough to go and live out the rest of my life outside my home. It is truly amazing and I don't have enough words or praise for this man. My family and I are very thankful for him and recommend him over and over. Thank you again, Dr. Malik. Your work really is life changing and you deserve all the praise. -April Thomas

After being told by multiple surgeons that my case was too complex or that there were no good options left, I was referred to Dr. Malik. I had undergone previous spine surgeries and was dealing with severe pain, weakness, and difficulty performing everyday activities. Dr. Malik was very thorough with explaining the details of my surgery. He put my wife and myself at ease knowing that I would be getting the best care possible. He is a great surgeon and if I ever need another spinal surgery I will be going back to Dr. Malik!

Dr. Malik and his team were outstanding from start to finish. After struggling with back and leg pain for years, I finally feel like I have my life back. He took the time to explain my MRI, discuss all of my treatment options, and answer every question I had without making me feel rushed. My surgery and recovery went better than I expected. The pain that had been limiting my daily activities improved dramatically, and I was up and moving much sooner than I anticipated. What impressed me most was how accessible and attentive Dr. Malik was throughout the entire process. I always felt like he genuinely cared about my outcome. The office staff, nurses, and surgical team were also excellent and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I was referred to dr Malik by my physician for a torn acl in my right knee. I 1st came and saw his nurse who took xrays and had my come see the doctor a month later. He had me get more xrays and wanted an mri of my back and started talking about back surgery and wanted to remove a titanium rod in my femur. I said excuse me im confused, im here for a torn acl in my right knee. He became agitated and said I wouldn't even know when I hurt my knee it came on from a long period of time. I said I knew exactly when I did it I was chainsawing brush and get tangled flipped sideways over a tree trunk then couldn't walk for 9 weeks that was last November 1st. He started yelling that no surgeon would fix a torn alc tendon on a 62 year old man and then he denied my referral and thru me out of his office. I'll never go back he wanted a total knee replacement, surgery on my right femur and to cut a disk out of my back never explaining his thought process on how that would fix the torn tendon in my… knee. It's the craziest most stressful experience I've ever had and I get to pay for it. I recommend you go anywhere else but here.
