During my recent visit to the GW OBGYN department, I was deeply concerned by the professional conduct I witnessed from Dr. Nancy Gaba. While in the clinical area, I observed the doctor speaking to the nursing and administrative staff in a raised, aggressive tone that felt highly inappropriate for a patient care setting. This pattern of behavior created a palpable sense of tension and hostility throughout the office, which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable as a patient. It is difficult to maintain confidence in a provider?s care when there is such a visible lack of respect for the collaborative team. The atmosphere felt professionally toxic rather than healing, and I am disappointed that such a high level of volatility is permitted in a clinical environment where patient well-being should be the priority.

Poor communication style.

Ordinary. Not well published. Didn't return phone call for FOUR DAYS in response to ordinary question. Seems hassled. Go to Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, MD to find a truly competent physician. George Washington University Medical School is on probation!!!
