You will sit here for hours!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE do not come here! It was the worst place I have ever been in my entire life. I have been coming for years and I absolutely hate it. I actually dread coming here. You wait for HOURSSSSS and never get seen. Honestly I wish I could give this place zero stars because they don’t even deserve one star. The people who work here are rude and don’t care about the patients at all. They just want your money and that’s it.

I admit, I read the reviews and arrived at Dr. Rubina's office quite nervous after reading the reviews. I went well prepared with books for myself and my daughter. My daughter is quite hyper, (that's why we were there). The office had a movie playing. The staff were kind and friendly. And Dr. Rubina spent an hour with us to help our daughter. Overall, I am satisfied with the office visit.

I absolutely positively love her she is an incredible dr I have no idea of who you saw but she is great maybe all of you that gave her negative reviews need to reevaluate yourself the wait period means she is taking her time and LISTENING to her patients her staff are also great at least to me what you give is what you get patience is a virtue learn it a dr that takes her time is much better than a dr who rushes you out by the way shes a dr not a drug dealer if its drugs that u want see a dealer not a dr

She is great Dr but the waiting it is very bad

Took 3 appointments to meet with doctor for my son. Awful experience. If you are seeing her for special needs concerns I would totally avoid. I had to wait one time 2 hours so I cancelled to make another appointment (Ii know my mistake to go back but they put me in the following week).

Dr Rubina schedules appointments before she even gets to the office so that she starts her day behind. Then blames the patients for taking longer than expected. If you question her 2 and 3 hour wait times, you are told that if you don't like her practices you are free to see another doctor. While she knows that there is a six month waiting period to see other doctors. She is rude, unprofessional and doesn't even take the time to get to know her patients. The chairs in her office are stained with what appears to be blood as well. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor, one that actually cares or at least doesn't make you wait for 3 hours just to be graced by their degree. She has learned how to deflect very well, everything is someone else's fault. It's NEVER her fault.

Get the wait time in the lobby down and things will be great

in my opinion shes a good doc and she listens to what i had to say and she made the right diagnosement and im gonna take my brother to her

First visit was today, but so far so good. Seemed very understanding and sweet with my very hyper ADHD son.
