Terrible staff! The older lady at the front desk should not even be working. She became super angry when I had a question about my insurance. She completely lost it. She began hyperventilating and tapping the desk and was furious. Really? I could not believe I was in a doctor’s office. People who come to an orthopedic are normally not feeling well and to have someone greet you this way is unacceptable. I canceled my appt and I will definitely not be going there again. And if the doctor has people like this working for him, I can imagine it doesn’t get much better when you go in to see him. :( Incredibly disappointed!

I went to this orthopedic doctors office to get evaluated and did not like the level of service I received from his staff. They are very unprofessional and they even hung up on me. I had to ask several times for my medical records which took weeks to obtain and when I got the information it was so vague I could not determine where certain problems existed because they did not document the area of the spine the condition existed. I later discovered from another facility that they missed an area that showed a fracture and they got mad that I complained about them for not doing there job. The staff should have taken an image of the entire lumbarsacral including the coccyx so they can make an accurate assessment of what my be causing problems, but the information on the health record is so vague you don't even know where there is a problem because they failed to document it. I am telling you this staff is unprofessional and does not own up to its mistakes. I suggest you go somewhere else.

I am writing this comment because this office provided very poor service. Not only did I not receive an adequate radiology report the doctors staff refused to provide a medical opinion to a Veteran.

He’s a great caring doctor but has very rude staff.. they left a bunch of older patients outside in 98 degree weather because the front desk lady felt she needed a break so she left the doors locked

I had a issue with my Dr. and Kristie the referral coordinator was able to assist me with my every need. She went out of her way to call the office and make sure I had the referral on time for my appointment. Dr.Hill was able to give me my injections same day, I was very pleased!

Dr hill and his staff did an outstanding job. My appointment went smoothly and i was provided with all the information i needed by his staff. The doctor was very informative and knowledgable. Thanks!!! I will recommened Dr Hill to anyone who needs an Orthopedic specialist! Kudos
