Dr. Azer and his staff are fabulous! I went from severe hip pain to none less than three weeks after surgery. I highly recommend him.

In my day job I routinely work with medical professionals. Dr. Nigel Azsr , who performed an operation on my wife at the Alexandria Hospital, is in a class all his own. One of the most competent individuals I have met.

Dr. Azer performed two surgeries on me in late 2013: one for a completely torn quadriceps tendon and one for a fractured hip. Before both operations, he prayed for me (with my permission). I have been to several orthopedic surgeons in my life, and Dr. Azer is "hands-down" the best!

I left after waiting more than 1 hr to see the dr. Front desk staff was nice and apologetic tho. Waiting area reminded me of a funeral home.

I made an appointment, hobbled 5 blocks and arrived 15 mins early to fill out new patient forms. I was greeted with a look of confused astonishment and when I said I had an 11:15 with Dr Azer I discovered that my appointment was not put on the calendar "We can reschedule". No thanks, I'll try somone else who may have front office people a little more efficient.

Dr. Azer performed repaired a right shoulder injury for me last year. Before the surgery he asked if he could pray with me. I answered in the affirmative. The prayer and his humility made me know that my prognosis would be good. He is a great man and a superb surgeon. Now, I get to pray for him. My prayer is that he will continue to grow spiritually.

Dr Azer was on call when I entered the emergency room with a broken ankle. I had surgery the next day. He came in and explained my injury and what he was going to do. Follow-up appoinments were easy to make. He has all the x ray and other machines in his office, so no need to go to a hopital to get follow-up done. His staff is caring and compassionate. When I had problems with my medication and getting a handicap parking permit at work, he and his staff worked with me immediately to help resolve the issues. I am well on my way to recovery thanks to Dr. Azer and his great staff.
