Didn’t see Dr. Jani today. Saw one of his PA - she was delightful. - sorry I don’t remember her name. Spent time with me and answered all my questions. She was attentive and made me feel like my concerns were important.

Dr. Jain is an exceptional doctor. My diagnosis wasn't easy to hear but the care provided by Dr. Jain and his staff was amazing. I prefer directness and a clear treatment plan and thats what I received. Honesty and exceptional care before and after surgery. I'm thankful for my health and each and every day I'm able to be with my family and friends, thanks to this doctor and his team. Highly recommend!

Very personable and patience. This was my 1st review on my very 1st appt. Now fast forward to several appts later. My main reason for seeing this practice was BPH and Low T. 3 months later and Im still looking for answers. This office has been nothing but condescending ,non-caring, no compassion and I could go on but will not keep beating that DRUM. Dr. Jain has got to be at the forefront of my gripe and he is the most impatient doctor I have ever seen. No communication from surgery, no follow up after surgery and once again I could go on. Im not sure where all these 5 star reviews come from however, I can pretty much assume it's staff. this office also feels like its a medical television set in a closet. They are very rude, confrontational, disrespectful, etc..... This has gotten so out of hand that Im going to post on every single platform i can. This type of service/help is UNACCEPTABLE.

Dr Jain is an excellent physician. Always listen to the patient`s concerns and explains all the options. He believes in shared decision making. I will highly recommend him.

My visit was terrific. Even though. at my arrival time, the waiting room was full, surprisingly, it was empty by the time my appointment was to begin. Everyone on the team was working as a team. They all knew their jobs well rehersed and performed them magnificently under the direction of Dr. Jain. The entire procedure only took about 40 minutes including sedation and recovery. The entire team was very efficient. Dr, Jain made me aware of the steps that would be taken to complete the biopsy on my. No surprises. Leading up to the procedure, I was very nervous. At the time the procedure started, I felt I was in good hands, and I was able to relax completely. Dr. Jain exhibited a lot of concern for professionalism and to my understanding of the procedure of the tasks involved. Professionalism is the word I use to describe my experience completely. Thank you Dr. Pankaj Mantab Jain. You can treat me anytime!

very happy with the medical staff however, the office is another issue. Left several messages for a return call, never received one. The staff could also use a class on being more kind on the phone

My spouse has been to the urology office about 4x and we saw the dr. only once We love Joy and find her very knowledgeable but a visit by the doctor would be welcomed
