I received a phone call from the office today saying the doctor wanted to see me earlier instead of my 9:00am appointment tomorrow. I was thinking great, that even works better for me, I called them back 30 minutes later and they gave me a time of 10:30am and I said what happened to the earlier time and they said they gave it away already. I said the 10:30am will not work for me I will keep the 9:00am and they said the doctor is to busy he can't see me until 10:30. You tell me at 4:30pm the day before my appointment and tell me you can't see me at the scheduled time that I had planned all along, then what is the point of making appointments. So know I have to find another doctor and wait even longer for my eye issue. This was screwed up on so many levels and the lack of caring is unbelievable.

Dr. Williams has been treating me for wet AMD for the past 10+ years. I have had the BEST treatments/ experimentals to try to see if we can save my eyesight. My disease has been stable and has even improved since treatments. I love Dr. Williams!!
