Dr Stanton has done my back surgery’s he is a great Dr and would highly recommend Jenielle and the rest of his staff are also amazing

Dr Stanton has done 2 lumbar fusions and a cervical fusion and may need another surgery to hopefully complete my issues with my spine. I think it is important to feel a connection with the doctor and have a comfort level with them. I always had that with him and his staff. I probably would have never had the surgeries if it wasn’t for Dr Stanton and had a miserable life. He has performed amazing surgies and not just by my view but from doctors that have seen my X-rays. Thank you Dr and staff without you my life would not be this great.

Dr. Stanton is courteous and professional. I had surgery 10 years ago and this was my first visit back. I recommend him if you need surgery.

I’m a retired medical officer and was very disappointed with Dr. Stanton’s tardiness, brusqueness, and dismissiveness of the referring provider’s, pain management clinicians’, and my (the patient!) perspectives and observations. While many surgeons are necessarily rushed due to demand, at least have the courtesy to look at your patient and listen to what they say about their body and pain. Maybe he was having a bad day and that isn’t his usual bedside manner. If my post-MRI visit is the same poor doctor-patient interaction, I will find a different orthopod. To other patients, I recommend being assertive and ensuring this physician (and every other provider) takes time to listen to you. We are there to take care of you, not the other way around.

Met w Dr. Stanton regarding a lumbar surgery of my neck. He was short, abrasive, and insensitive. Nevertheless, scheduled my surgery and organized my job around a date only to have his office call me to reschedule bc Dr Stanton decided to take two weeks off AFTER my job, family, and finances were shifted around the scheduled date. Now scrambling to get another doctor to perform the surgery at the same date. Very frustrating. Unprofessional in any field, but especially w patients facing such a disruptive procedure.

Dr. Stanton has performed spinal surgery on numerous acquaintances, and all have been very successful. My visit with him was very successful.
