Dr. Perry William Alexion, MD

My teenage daughter was having recurring ear infections. Other doctors just treated each infection, Dr. Alexion figured out why it was happening and told us how to prevent them (successfully I might add)! A great doctor for solving unique problems.

Dr Alexion has been very professional, caring and accurate in his diagnosing my ENT problems, I have been completely satisfied with his service.

I went to Dr. Alexion for a problem with repeated nosebleeds. He was very respectful and compassionate. After cauterizing the problem area, he recommended the ways I could prevent more problems, since I use a CPAP machine when sleeping. He also asked if I had any other questions he could help with. I told him the nosebleeds were the only problem right now, but I thanked him for asking. I have never before had a specialist ask me about possible other problems like that. He is very gentle and I felt quite at ease with him.

I've only ben to Dr. ALexion once and found him to be very thorough and patient. Importantly, he took the time to adequately explain what he was doing during the exam as well as what my plan should be moving forward. I enjoyed my visit based on the fact that I got pertinent information about my condition that was easy to understand. Good Job Dr. A.

I've been a patient since 2002 or 2003 and Dr. Alexion is just the best, he is the coolest but most important he is a very caring doctor. I wish I had known he did thyroid surgery, because he would with out a doubt performed my surgery . But I had my surgery in 1991. Don't know if he would have been doing surgeries back then. BUT again I say he is awesome. Thanks so much Dr. Alexion for being an awesome caring Doctor.

I made a call to Dr. Alexion's office to make an appointment. The staff and Doctor were very rude. They laughed at the diagnosis I received from another Doctor as well as other rude and indignant remarks over the phone. I disconnected when the receptionist or whoever the female individual that answered the phone was when she asked for my insurance information. I don't know where she's from, however, I refuse to make an appointment with rude and ill- mannered people.

The appointment I made was never entered into the system and the staff member that stated she would call me back never did. When I found out my appointment wasn't entered an "office manager" (I guess) got on the phone and was very rude. The office staff needs additional training in organizational and administrative skills and certainly in providing better customer service. A physician's staff is a reflection of him/her, and therefore Dr. Alexion needs to also pay closer attention to the patient.

I was with Dr alexion's wife practice in greenbelt some 10 yrs ago, goldman alexion jaffe and parkhurst and the care i recieved then was the best and when my sinus polyps recurred and i was looking for a good doctor (ent)and the name alexion popped up i jumped at the chance with no hesitation, such a caring compassionate man, well .. with his wife a touchdown team! thank you dr alexion and may God bless you and your family, my son is four months with sinus issues we have decided(my wife and i) including his peditrician have decided to monitor him but i can't wait to bring him on board

I have seen Dr. Alexion twice in 3 years, both times for impacted ear wax. Though we was pleasant and quite competent and I was satisfied with his care and treatment during both of my visits, I WILL NOT RETURN TO HIM BECAUSE THE GREENBELT OFFICE STAFF ARE TERRIBLE AND RUDE. Both by initial phone calls and in the reception/waiting area, the office staff at the Greenbelt, MD office were terribly rude, inattentive, and even condescending. There are enough good doctors out there that I will not put up with rude office staff! - I'll just go somewhere else.

I've been to Dr Alexion several times over a number of years. He and the staff have always treated me with patient professionalism -not rushing me out the door as soon as I walk in, as many do. He's also explains fully his diagnoses as well as the steps he takes to get there.
