Dr. Dollard has closed his practice.

I found Dr Dollard to be reckless in his assumptions based on my weight. I do not feel I received the same level of care as a thin individual with my symptoms would receive. There was no discussion of my orthopedic history- just a very hasty (and questionable) diagnosis based on his preconceived and clearly biased opinions of above-average sized people. He spoke down to me, in a manner which conveyed superiority. I will not return to him. I did not feel he was interested in helping me, and ultimately he did not.

Was referred here from my primary care and he made it seem like I was wasting his time and emphasized how he deals with worse issues that I clearly don't have. Not impressed.

Don't waste your time with this dub go to a butcher shop or animal doctor better results there

Extremely confident in his skills and knowledge. If I did not feel this way, I would have easily hitched myself up the road to Maine Medical Center or Mercy Hospital. He is one of those doctors who builds confidence in SMHC.

He sucks

Jumped to conclusions about my condition without discussing my medical history or recent injuries. Bigoted, brusque, condescending, and inappropriate. Did not listen to or address my concerns.

OHe replaced both knees within 3 months and if I needed a third one done I would ask Dr Dollard to do that one too. hehe. He and his PA would check in with me both morning and evening while I was in the hospital. During rehab and physical therapy, I heard alot of admiration for his surgical expertise from clinical staff. Good sense of humor, easy to talk with, prompt whenever I had concerns. Brent, his PA is also a wealth of information and very thorough.

Hi Dr. Dollard, I am the one that moved back to Washington State. But it was worth the 3,000 mile move to Maine to have you be my Doctor and now with my two total knee replacements my 68 year old knees are the same as when I was 25. It was a painfull process but Soooooooo worth it. You are a great doctor that listen to me and kept me well informed. I rate you a SUPER 10. A Special Thank You
