Dr. Philip Elliot Hill, MD

My nephew is a new patient of Dr. Hill (broken leg). He has been calling for 1 1/2 weeks for a return appointment and has not received a call back He called 2 times a day and gets voicemail but no return call. I also called on Friday and then Monday and no one has returned my calls. My nephew had to clean his surgical site himself because he has not been able to schedule a follow up. Clean out your staff and start fresh, Dr. Hill. I have been at the same job (legal sec) for 20 years. When a client/patient calls they get a call back!

After having shoulder pain for one year, I had shoulder surgery 2 months ago and still having a great deal of pain. I am doing physical therapy exercises daily and use ice packs & pain meds, but still having trouble. I am experiencing more pain now than before surgery, so I regret going through with it and Iâ??m very disappointed with the results. Hoping it gets better over time. Looking into acupuncture in hopes of pain relief.

Office was very busy and I had too wait over an hour. The nurse/assistant was very professional and considerate.

Dr. Hill repaired by shoulder a couple years ago and I have been trouble free ever since. He explained the procedure and answered all my questions. He has a great sense of humor and is a fantastic person and surgeon. I would highly recommend his services.
