I switched urologist due to major issues and complacency with my last doctor. As a patient with repeat kidney stone issues over the last years and mass large stones in my kidneys it is very refreshing to find a doctor that actually cares. He was attentive, straight to the point and wants to get to the root of the problems. He actually listens to his patients and wants to resolve their issues. I highly recommend Dr.Desai as a doctor. He went above and beyond for me with my issues. Very refreshing to not feel like just another number / patient.

I went to Dr Desai for a prostate biopsy. He never called me by my name, only "sir". He was brusque and unfriendly. I have a very high PSA count and when the biopsy came back negative I was shocked. Dr Desai said he was surprised too but that it was good news. He never told me to schedule a follow-up visit. I ended up in the ER with bleeding issues and fortunately found another amazing urologist who scheduled additional tests and correctly diagnosed prostate cancer.

Dr professional. His staff was very accommodating. The dr sat and explained to me the procedure with a drawing. He was a second opinion.

As the other one star review, seems to be a habit with the entire practice. I was in the hospital from an infection, he filled in for my normal Urologist. His bedside manner was rude, uninterested and as if something else was causing me to be in the hospital. I can't recommend him or the practice he is part of.

Dr. Desai is a great surgeon and he is very knowledgable about his job as an Urologist. I was very impressed with my patient care.

Dr Desai was an amazing and caring physician. He was quick to get labs and tests to diagnose my problem. He stayed late and talked to me about my condition. It was a Friday and not once did I feel rushed. The doctor followed up with me as soon as he received the results of my diagnosis. I am undergoing cancer treatment and I feel bless this doctor was the one to discover that something was wrong with me. I would definitely send my family to this doctor.
