I can’t say enough about how appreciative I am of Dr. Awwad. Having any doctor go near your eight month old daughter is extremely scary, but in this case, my wife and I were very comfortable as Dr. Awwad Spent the time to make sure that we were informed, we understood and were comfortable with our daughter receiving tubes in her ears. I was reluctant to get the procedure until I met him and now I couldn’t be happier that we listened. His bedside banner is top notch among the many doctors I’ve had experience with and we won’t go to anyone else for anything ENT. Thank you!

Dr. Awwad is the best ENT in the area! He took care of both of my boys when they needed ear tubes for repeated ear infections. He has been my husband ENT for years as well, and has treated me for sleep apnea. I am shocked to see any negative reviews because he is the nicest, most caring doctor I've ever encountered.

Dr. Awwad is a wonderful, competent, caring physician and surgeon. His bedside manner is not only friendly, but very considerate and helpful as his listening skills are truly great when considering his ability to understand what a stressful situation I was dealing with and is assisting me in getting the further surgical care I need at MSK. I am thankful I am in his care.

He is the most condescending doctor I have ever met. All he did was argue with me. My husband thought he was rude as well. I would never return. Saratoga does not need a guy like him.

He is very easy to converse with and understands your concerns. I felt very comfortable with him.

I have seen several doctors regarding my issue. And Dr. Awwad seems to be the only one concerned with helping me. I would rate him right at the top.

Dr. Awaad respectfully and thoroughly answered all my questions. He gave clear explanations of my problem, the causes and treatment. He also gave me detailed documents describing what I needed to do in order to take care of myself. The fact that I now understand the disease makes it easier for me to participate in my own recovery.

This guy was horrible. I am cancelling my appointment with him and I am looking for someone new. He was rude and insensitive. Egotisitcal. "IF I did this surgery to you, I would have done it this way...." Are you kidding. Help me with my issue at hand NOW = not what "Could have been or should have been" ignorant doctors. You know you are all here to fix problems, not say what you could have done. I have an issue at hand that needs fixing and no one can seem to fix it because you don't want to step on another doctor's mistake. BUT you are sure willing to say "WHAT YOU WOULD HAVE DONE". Give me a break. Get over your ego.

I found Dr. Awaad to be very compassionate. He explained everything to me about the surgery and answered all of my questions. He even called me the night of surgery to see how I was doing. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Awaad wanted to schedule an unnecessary surgery without enough information. He also prescribed a very high cost (did not even tell me about generic which is reasonably priced) and controversial antibiotic (LEVAQUIN). Unfortunately, my poor husband picked it up and paid the $350. I never took it. I strongly feel Dr. Awaad is not to be trusted with your health. He couldn't even solve a simple blocked eustacian tube or a simple thyroid nodule. I wish I could get back the money I spent at his office.
