No matter how busy or number of people in the waiting room, my wait time is usually less than 5 min. Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Dr Roe has a pleasant bedside manner, personable, thorough and I trust his diagnosis and care implicitly.

Dr Roe is very friendly and I was comfortable talking to him.

Not good at all . I believed the staff made a mistake and I was lied to about my visit. I Did not see the Doctor, only seen technician/ medical assistants. for a retinal scan. When I showed up at the office for an appointment scheduled by Beverly Hills office for 4/13/2026 I was checked in and brought to an examining room right away. The technician did initial visual test, then placed a drop of pupil dilator medication in both of my eyes. After the medication was instilled in my eyes, the technician told me that my appointment was supposed to be for the next day 4/14/2026 instead of that day. I told them that the Beverly Hills office sent me there for Monday 2pm on 4/13/2026. The technician/ assistant told me I have to come back the next day because that was the actual day of my appointment. When I came back the next day, I was taken in again and the retinal scan was done. I asked the technician if he needs to place a medication in my eye before the scan and he told me No. The scan… was completed without the dilator. I need an explanation for all these. Please investigate!!!!

Very satisfied with all my visits to Dr. Roe. He fixed my detached retina and has had me come in for checkups since then. He is very thorough and very professional.

I was diagnosed with macular degeneration (AMD) a year ago. Recent changes to my eyesight lead me to Dr. Roe, who determined I have Central Serous Retinopathy, not AMD. Nice catch doc!
