Dr. Weiner is an excellent Orthopedic surgeon, very caring and communicates well with important information. He keeps his promise. When I decided to go ahead with my knee surgery, he stated that he would do it within the current month, but his scheduler informed him that he is full for the month. He had an opening if he would do it as soon as he returns from vacation, while he is on vacation the day of the surgery. He came in just to keep his promise and did it.

I recently had a right, total, hip replacement with Dr. Weiner as my surgeon. I'm relatively young, as far as hip replacements go, and am thrilled with how the surgery and follow up has gone. Prior to surgery I was in constant pain but due to my age previous doctors did not want to operate. I met with Dr. Weiner, who did a complete workup and explained my options, allowing me to make an informed decision. He is progressive in his treatment and uses the best materials on the market. He has a great team set up with the hospitals he works with and his staff. When I've talked with people in the medical field they have all said he is the best and if they needed it done they would go to him. There have been problems with insurance, but I think that would be the case regardless. I plan on having the left hip done within the next few months with Dr. Weiner.

Don't waste your time and continue your search for a good doctor. This person does not interact well with patients.

I would strongly advise anyone to research other orthopedic doctors before making a decision. My research results were not accurate and very disappointing.

Waiting time to see the doctor was much too long. He did take time to explain problems that were presented. He seems to care about his patients and is very patient and listens to their concerns. He does not rush his patients and it takes time to listen to them. Thus, the long wait in the waiting room.

He did my left shoulder surgery and he did an awesome job. I loved he is a wonderful dr. Explains everything to you. I had a knee injury but unfortunately I couldn't go to him because his office doesn't take my insurance. :( or else I would still go to him. He's awesome. I highly recommend him.
