I’ve been seeing Dr. Hein for some years now and I’m very satisfied with how he takes care of my pain. I have issues with my lower back and a left knee that’s been replaced but acting pretty crazy at times. But Dr.Hein has my pain under control.

We love Dr Heim he is wonderful doctor that listens to you, makes suggestions, and is always there when you need him.

My husband and I have different issues: I have M.S., R.A., 2 c-spine disc fusions that still cause me pain along my left shoulder, as well as a very painful tailbone that's been broken/cracked more than once over my lifetime. My husband has suffered on-the-job injuries, 1st ended w/him having 2 c-spine disc fusions when he should've had 3, so he has significant pain in his lower neck. His 2nd on-the-job injury led to 5 surgeries over a period of 2 years: his right ankle was crushed and required 9 screws and bolts to mend. Same injury ended w/his entire right knee meniscus membrane being removed, so he has pain and swelling to his right ankle/foot, along w/his knee. After seeing more than 1 pain mgmt. doctor, God blessed us w/Dr. Robert Hein accepting us as patients. Under his extremely knowledgeable and compassionate care, my husband and I are able to finally have our very different pain issues addressed. Dr. Hein gives generously of his time and provides us with care that we both… feel is the best there is in his very specialized field.

I have a law enforcement background. Some of it included undercover narcotics. ‘Not attempting a John Wayne or Clint Eastwood gig, but I am very particular in those who I trust. Other than my family I have no problem counting those who I trust on less than the fingers on one hand. I have a lot of trust in the good doctor. The staff is caring and professional. I thank all of you. ‘Can’t believe I just said all that, but that’s the way I feel folks.

Although not an officious doctor, like many in his profession, Dr. Hein is congenial, professional, and proficient. I would, and have recommended his services to several people. I walk without a limp and without pain due to his expertise.

Dr Hein is very conscientious of my needs. He is completely versed in the medications and able to explain what, why, and the why nots of the medications he is able to describe to me. Since coming under his care 2 yrs. ago, he has helped me increase the quality of my life immensely. I would recommend him to anyone that has had all the issues that I am currently going through. He is a no nonsense doctor and doesn’t put up with patients trying to use the system. Very glad to have retained him as my pain management specialist.
