Dr. Robert Michael Mayer, MD

My kids have been seeing him for well over a year. We live him, wonderful bedside manners, listens to all the concerns of the parent and child.

I used to see Dr. Mayer for ADD. I would usually spend 45 minutes to an hour waiting to see him. When I was with him I would tell him what is going on and he wold nod or act like he was acknowledging me. I did not think he was listening because he would ask me about something I had already told him. I tested to see if he was listening by saying outlandish things and received the same results. I proved he wasn't listening. I saw him for 2 years as a young adult because I did not know better. I learned better and do not recommend him.

Dr Mayer is a phenomenal doctor and his expertise runs through all ages. His competency level and care for his patience is outstanding. He is a wizard prescribing exact needs medicine for the serious and borderline serious mental health doctor. His personality is one of friendly but seeks what the patient needs by being the best Dr. In the psychiatric field is great

Dr Mayer listens and has a good bedside manner. For clinic, one of the best you can get.

I'm an 80+ year old male and was concerned about memory loss. In my second in my second session Dr. Mayer said I was suffering with dementia. I doubted his diagnosis and had an evaluation at a highly respected neurologist who evaluated me by both conversation and a hour and half intelligence and memory test. She informed me I was in the 82 percentile for memory recall compared to males in my age bracket. In addition to his hasty and erroneous conclusion he found the situation was funny.
