Dr. Eckhart is knowledgeable and caring. My husband and I both see him for our eye care needs and we both really like him.

I'm writing this review after two visits to Dr. Eckerts office. On the first visit we had a early morning appointment and it was a hour after our scheduled time that we were finally called back. After waiting for the first 30 minutes I asked how far behind they were running and was told that 30 minutes after the scheduled time was considered normal and not considered running behind. This time we waited for 45 minutes past the appointment time before deciding we weren't going to continue to wait any longer and we left. One hour and fifteen minutes after the appointment time the office called looking for us. We will find a different doctor that is more considerate with the value of a patient's time where scheduling is concerned.

MY wife and I both scheduled diabetic eye exams. Specifically told receptionist and scheduler Diabetic eye exam. They perform other services not covered during the exam.Then bill you for those services not covered and say you did not specifically asked for diabetic exam

The office, staff and doctor was very professional and after being diagnosed with MG got the coordination of care needed. No one dropped the ball.
