DR. WONG HAS DONE 4 SURGERIES ON ME AND NEVER ANY PAIN AFTER, AND 3 OF THEM WERE ON THE KNEE'S AND WAS ABLE TO WALK SAME DAY. I CAN SEE HIS BRAIN THINKING ABOUT THE BEST WAY TO DO THE SURGERY AS YOUR TELLING HIM ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM. THERE USED TO BE LONG WAIT TIMES, BUT HE GOT THAT FIXED. I AM TRULY BLESSED TO HAVE BEEN RECOMMENDED TO HIM. HE IS A VERY COMPASSIONATE DR. THANK YOU DR. WONG!

Knee Surgery

I'VE BEEN SEEING DR. WONG FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS, FIRST HAD CARPEL TUNNEL SURG. AND NO PAIN, CAN'T EVEN SEE THE SCAR. THEN HE HAD TO REMOVE A BOLT FROM ANOTHER SURGERY FROM 3 YEARS AGO, NO PAIN. THEN A WEEK AGO HE DID ORTHOSCOPIC ON MY OTHER KNEE, AND THE NIGHT OF SURGERY PUT THE CANE AWAY AFTER 3 YEARS, AND HAVE BEEN WALKING FREE WITH NO PAIN. HE IS A MIRACLE, AND MY FAMILY AND BOSS ARE GOING TO SET AN APPT. WITH HIM. HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING.

Dr Wong patiently explained my complex knee problem with me. I had subsequent surgery with no problems and a great result!

Had several confusing conversations with his incompetent staff. I'm not mad at Debbie, I'm mad at the person who hired this poor overloaded incompetent girl. Lori was better, but not much. They don't return phone calls. Went to his office where several people were waiting. It turns out all had appointments for the same time !!! It looked like it would be at least 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait. That's incompetent and rude to schedule that badly. He and/or his staff have no respect for his patients. I left. There are much better doctors and offices available.

I had knee surgery by Dr. Wong a month ago and let me tell you I am already back to normal. He is the best in this area. No complains what so ever.

My son played football and ice hockey, and had many injuries. Dr. Wong operated on him any times and success was the result every time. Many of his teammates had injuries also and were told by their doctors they would never play again and they would have to rest their injury for at least six months. I referred them to Dr. Wong and he fixed their problems and had them playing again within weeks. He was always available for advice and for treatment. Later my husband had his knee replaced by Dr. Wong. I think he is probably the best orthopedic surgery in this area.

I am a service provider to a patient of Dr. Wong. This is my observation.I tried to change an appointment for my client. I called for 1.5days before I got to leave a message. The phone just rang,rang,rang,rang... I don't understand why nobody answered the phone at all at any time. Finally, I got through, not to a person, but to a machine, I left my message & phone number, and that's another 2 days before I got a return call. The funny thing is they didn't call me to return my call, they called to confirmed the appointment. I gathered, the staffs never bothered to listen to their recorder. Once we were in the office, there is usually 40 minutes wait in the lobby before we were called to the room. And there is another 30 minutes wait to see the doctor. There are many good orthopedics in this area, I suggest you go elsewhere for your problem.

a doctor with no patience to patient. do NOT go there
